Unfortunately we have received an email notifying us of changes to KLMs minimum age requirement for shipping pups.
Effective immediately, any pups on KLM flights must be a minimum of 16 weeks. Unfortunately, this means that we are no longer able to ship pups to the states, Canada or any other country at the age of 10-12 weeks, and only at 16 weeks.
Due to this, we are unfortunately going to have to raise our prices to accommodate the extra costs of keeping pups until 16 weeks.
We are very sorry to our clients for this inconvenience, but unfortunately at the moment there is nothing we can do about the situation.
